Balboa High School (SF) JROTC Boys Drill Team performing at the 1991 Liberty Bell Competition at Balboa High School, San Francisco where they took 1st Place. From 1990 - 1992, Balboa's Boys Drill Team dominated the San Francisco JROTC competitions, taking 1st Place in both Liberty Bell and 91st Division for 2 consecutive years. This was the third of the 4-in-a-row win streak.
